Class Leading Structure
The 6 series aircraft grade aluminium extrusions were in-house engineered as the main deck of the tray body with the complementary high tensile steel structural parts. The tray planks are moulded with extra ribs so that your tray load can be distributed evenly thus resulting less concentrated stress points
Fastening system (rivets, S/S bolts/nuts) then applied with tremendous benefits of: stronger joint than the welds; ease of maintenance and repairs; handles the vibration and multi-terrain with more confidence.
This ultimately delivered a super-strong; lighter weight; easy to maintain and repair tray body
